Resident Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Support Coordinator to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a key member of our Customer and Neighbourhood Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and delivering excellent customer services.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in our communities and help shape the future of our services. You will work across 30 hours per week, covering a large patch in the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
As a Resident Support Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support our residents and deliver excellent customer services. This includes:
- Supporting residents with a range of day-to-day and more complex issues
- Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Acting as a liaison between residents and other stakeholders
- Developing and implementing tailored interventions to support vulnerable customers
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals with a strong understanding of social housing issues and legislation. Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence effectively are essential. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development is also required.
