Key Stage 1 Educator for Wayman Learning Trust

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Stage 1 Educator to join our team at a prestigious school in Haringey, North London. As a Key Stage 1 Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children, fostering their social and emotional development, and creating a love for learning.

About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
