Located in a lovely residential area of Hackney, our 2-form entry school provides a friendly environment welcoming early career teachers (ECTs).

The ideal candidate will encourage children's strengths and improve their weaknesses. This role includes promoting teamwork, cultivating a conducive learning environment, and teaching the Key Stage 1 curriculum. The successful applicant will track children's progress and report back to parents occasionally.

  • Responsible for the pastoral care of Key Stage 1 children, promoting teamwork and a conducive learning environment.
  • Teach the Key Stage 1 curriculum and focus on individual learning targets, encouraging strengths and improving weaknesses.
  • Help children develop writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
