Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with patients who present with complex physical, behavioural, and cognitive needs.
About the Role
This is a rewarding position that offers full-time hours and is based in Basildon, Essex. You will be part of an ever-changing, organic service that seeks out new ideas to meld with established practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to patients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and approaches to occupational therapy practice
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Occupational Therapist with experience working with patients with complex needs. You will also need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop good professional relationships with members of the MDT and community partners.
