About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who present with complex needs, providing assessment and treatment to individuals and groups within your care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with complex physical, behavioural and cognitive needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and deliver occupational therapy interventions to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services within the secure services
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience of working with patients with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
