Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who present with complex needs, providing assessment and treatment to help them achieve their goals.

About the Role

This is a rewarding position that offers full-time hours and is based in Basildon, Essex. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working with patients who have complex physical, behavioural, and cognitive needs. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in occupational therapy, including sensory integration and dialectical behaviour therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment to patients with complex needs
  • Work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working with patients with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
