Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Australia. As an Occupational Therapist with Better Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real difference in their lives.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with Better Rehab, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, and working with clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • 18+ months of clinical experience
  • Alignment with our core values
  • Valid full driver's license
