About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Surveyor to join our multi-disciplinary team in Bristol as an Associate/Associate Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and direction of our Bristol hub office, working closely with our Planning and Development partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on residential, mixed-use, and strategic development land to our private and public sector clients.
  • Assist in generating fees through dealing with planning and development matters, enhancing existing client relationships, and securing new clients.
  • Handle all matters associated with strategic and immediate development land opportunities, including disposal and acquisition, planning and development strategies, development appraisal work, and valuation advice.
  • Support with the negotiation of development agreements, including promotion, option, joint venture, and conditional contracts.
  • Assist with major residential-led mixed-use development schemes.
Requirements

We are looking for a RICS chartered surveyor with post-qualification experience in development consultancy and agency. You should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of development appraisals, advisory, and disposal work. It is essential that you can provide written option assessments and transactional advice and be competent in Argus Developer (or equivalent).
