About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Homecare coordinator to join our team who is attentive to detail. Homecare experience is desired but not essential.

The successful candidate will bring creativity when recruiting candidates in various healthcare settings focusing on domiciliary & complex care. Key responsibilities include resourcing candidates for various clients including vetting and pre-screening each candidate, ensuring they have the correct skills in line with the client's requirements, and managing your care packages.

The role involves working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth care transitions, responding promptly to changing care needs, and making adjustments to schedules as required.

Responsibilities also include leading and supporting the care team, providing guidance and supervision to maintain high standards, co-ordinating staff inductions, training, and performance reviews, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in domiciliary care coordination or a similar role, strong understanding of care planning, risk assessments, and CQC requirements, and competent IT skills for managing scheduling software and documentation.

Salary: Up to £30K pa depending on experience, plus commission on GP. Benefits include ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and hybrid working (3 days a week office - Tuesday / Thursday and Friday) 2 days home.
