Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Trinity Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Buid relationships with key decision-makers and customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

What We Offer:
As a Business Growth Manager at Trinity Personnel, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commission. You will also receive benefits including 28 days annual leave, access to a contributory pension scheme, and a company car.
