About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Development Engineer to join our team at CV Library.

The role involves supporting the residential team with construction, land viability, legal, technical, sales, and contract issues. The successful candidate will provide legal and technical advice, manage tenders for road, sewer, and land viability contracts, and oversee Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, technical, and legal knowledge in road, sewer, and SUDS approval.
  • Ability to review reports, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and estimate abnormal costs accurately.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • AutoCAD knowledge desirable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and NHBC standards.

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
