As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting site-based fire risk assessments on our clients' portfolios, ensuring compliance with nationally recognized guidance and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and sub-consultants. You will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting fire risk assessments in accordance with nationally recognized guidance and industry standards.
  2. Liaising with the fire safety coordinator and head of fire risk management to deliver risk assessments in line with our contractual requirements.
  3. Liaising with sub-consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Attending client meetings to discuss risk assessment findings and recommendations.
  5. Undertaking peer review/validation of others' work to ensure quality and consistency.
  6. Providing technical advice to clients on fire safety and risk management best practices.
