About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Lifeguard to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers and staff while using our swimming and pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the use of our swimming and pool facilities, ensuring the safety of all users.
  • Act safely and responsibly while holding responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users.
  • Oversee the operations of the building, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Provide excellent customer service, dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area.

Requirements:

  • National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering first-class customer service and a commitment to ensuring the safety of all pool users.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shift work and part-time hours.
