Role Overview

We are seeking a Bid Manager to join our team at our Ongar, Essex location. The successful candidate will have experience in bid management, team leadership, and commercial understanding.

• Develop and manage bids from opportunity identification to project delivery.
• Lead and motivate office-based teams to achieve high-quality output and meet deadlines.
• Manage commercial risks and provide valuable input into value proposition development.
• Prepare and write bids, manage proposal processes, and ensure effective time-management.
• Utilize commercial skills to provide input into win strategy, commercial discussions, and solution delivery.
