Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Relief Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Weighbridge Court development in Kingsthorpe, Chipping Ongar, Essex.
As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest. Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, supporting and encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing, and assisting with daily tasks such as booking appointments and arranging transport.
About You- You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
- You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- You will be willing to learn and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.96, with the possibility of up to £13.26.
