Uppingham Surgery is seeking a skilled clinician to join our team in providing exceptional care for diabetic patients.

As an Enhanced Diabetes Clinician, you will work closely with our practice nurse and clinical teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in diabetes management, including insulin and GLP-1 knowledge. You must be a registered professional with the NMC, GPHC or equivalent, and hold independent prescriber status.

This is a part-time role, requiring 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, which can be split between working in practice or remotely. Your salary will be commensurate with your experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to empower patients to take control of their health. They will also be comfortable using ARDENS and SystmOne templates to maintain accurate clinical records.
