Job Description for Water Systems Maintenance Specialist

The Recruitment Co. is seeking an experienced Water Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Main Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to maintain and repair water systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

  • Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance tasks as scheduled or required.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting, repairing, and replacing faulty or outdated equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Identifying and addressing life-expired equipment to minimize disruptions.
  • Carrying out water system maintenance tasks, including flushing, testing, and calibration.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and equipment status.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in plumbing and water system maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 kg and work at heights.
