Job Summary

We are recruiting a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Probe UK, based in the Rutland area. This exciting opportunity involves managing and assisting in development and engineering projects at our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide second-line support to the Engineering team and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • To assist in developing and implementing projects that enhance machine and process effectiveness.
Benefits Package
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.
  • A standard Monday to Friday working day.
  • An annual leave entitlement of 33 days.
  • Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
  • All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and training provided.
  • Company sick pay after one year's service, increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 24 weeks.
Requirements
  • Timed served engineer with an electrical bias.
  • Mechatronics Apprenticeship would be desirable.
  • Good understanding and experience with PLC and servo control systems.
  • Ability to work with Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
  • Proficient computer skills, including CAD systems, ideally Auto-Cad would be desirable.
  • Experience in installing and commissioning new equipment.
Location

The ideal candidate will be based around Stamford, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, and Grantham areas.
