- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- Represent the Trust at a senior level within the NHS and community, working closely with partner organizations to promote integrated working.
- Recent experience at a senior level, with responsibility for operational delivery, clinical quality, people management, budget responsibility, and successful delivery of performance targets.
- High-level understanding of Critical Care services and the key issues and pace of change facing the service nationally and locally.
- Coaching and values-led leadership style, encouraging engagement and empowerment amongst staff and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, inform, reconcile differences, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Trade Unions and professional bodies to ensure the smooth running of services.
