About the Role: TRS Consulting is pleased to present a rewarding opportunity for an experienced IT Field Service Engineer to join our esteemed client, a leading global provider of medical software systems. As part of their continued growth, this market-leading organization seeks a skilled individual to manage customer relationships and resolve technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert technical support for Windows, Linux, and SQL server workstations and connectivity issues.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in an IT field service engineer, IT database administration, or IT technical support role, with experience in managing customer relationships and resolving complex technical issues.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 per annum, with additional benefits including company car or car allowance, 10% bonus, £6,000 standby allowance, overtime, and an excellent benefits package. A genuine opportunity for career progression is also available.
