At INEOS Automotive, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence in the automotive industry. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Residual Value Manager.

This is a new role within our organization, and we're seeking someone who can bring their expertise in residual value management to help us drive business success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing residual value management strategies, working closely with our product strategy and management teams to ensure accurate forecasting and competitive positioning.

We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and experience in the used car industry. If you're passionate about residual value management and want to be part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage residual value methodologies
  • Provide full-service residual value support, including analytics and forecasting
  • Lead residual value management processes for new and mid-cycle refresh vehicles
  • Interface with product strategy and management teams to establish forecast residual values and competitive positioning
  • Influence and align residual forecasts with markets while managing introduction of new vehicles to VIP residual value influencers
  • Responsible for launch process through RV forecasting and competitive position optimization, interacting with product and design teams at early launch gateways

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in the automotive industry
  • Practical working experience in the used car industry and residual value knowledge
  • Commercially astute, with experience of residual value management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to perform advanced-level data analysis, including trending and interpolation
