About the Role

The Residual Value Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic residual value management practices throughout the business. This will involve providing expert advice on residual value methodologies, building and maintaining RV analytics, and forecasting future nameplates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage residual value methodologies
  • Provide RV support function, including building and maintaining RV analytics
  • Lead residual value management process for new and mid-cycle refresh vehicles
  • Interface with Product Strategy and Management to establish forecast residual values
  • Influence and align on residual forecasts with markets
  • Research emerging trends and relationships impacting used vehicle market values

Requirements

  • Proven track record in the automotive industry
  • Practical working experience in the used car industry and residual value knowledge
  • Commercially astute with experience of residual value management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to perform advanced level data analysis
