Account Manager Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Equator Design Group team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating creative projects from estimation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the client's industry and products to identify opportunities for additional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the company's profitability efforts by managing project activities efficiently, accurately, and timely.
- Work closely with the Account Team to increase revenue through selling additional products and services across the business portfolio.
- Develop and present innovative proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed volume and revenue targets for each account.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the Account team.
- Maintain high quality standards in all client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, resource allocation, and generation of client/project invoices.
- Translate complex client requests into clear, concise instructions for project teams.
- Collaborate with the client, Account Team, and project teams to resolve identified project issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence.
- Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
