Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Account Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing high-value client accounts, developing strategic account development plans, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-value client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account development plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and present tailored solutions and services to increase revenue.
  • Analyse client performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continued improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in account management, client services, or a related role within the Cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and drive client success.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and project management software.

Salary Range

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
