Electrical Systems Maintenance Technician

Serco, a leading provider of facilities management services, is seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems across multiple sites. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues and recommend maintenance or repair actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a safe working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve maintenance procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client requests and concerns.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a facilities management or similar environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license.
