Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction business in the Eastern Counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and managing site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Leading and motivating a team of site personnel to achieve project goals
  • Supervising direct labour and coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies
Requirements:
  • Education to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • CITB 5 days SMSTS, First Aid at work, or relevant CSCS Card
  • Full UK driving licence
