Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Site Manager to join our Construction business in the Eastern Counties.
About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards. You will lead and motivate a team, supervising direct labour and coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations and adherence to the construction programme.
About You
An experienced Site Manager with a HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent, you will have sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and hold a CITB 5 days SMSTS, First Aid at work or a relevant CSCS Card. You will be a strong leader, able to identify and notify development areas across the team, motivating staff and colleagues to perform and meet standards and specifications.
Requirements
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is advantageous.
