About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction business in the Eastern Counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Leading and motivating a team of site personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Supervising direct labour and coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • CITB 5 days SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid at work or relevant CSCS Card.
  • Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million.
  • Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) certification.
