Construction Site Leader

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working with national or regional contractors? We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property.
Job SummaryAs a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team, supervising direct labour, and coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results. You will work closely with our clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the site team to ensure effective project delivery
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to optimize operations and minimize delays
- Develop and implement cost-conscious management strategies to ensure project profitability
- Prepare and review project schedules, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Strong background in the construction industry with experience working on projects of similar scale
- CSCS SMSTS certification
- First Aid training
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence
