Equipment Sales Representative

About the role: This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Parts Sales Advisor looking to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for managing inventory, handling retail part sales enquiries, and supporting our service team and technicians. If you possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and are proactive and organized, we encourage you to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mainenance of accurate inventory and full stock control
- Prompt resolution of retail part sales enquiries
- Active engagement with our service team and technicians
- Related tasks including packing and unpacking stock and conducting stock takes
About you: To succeed in this role, you will need to be a skilled communicator with a proven track record in parts sales and administration. Strong customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computer equipment and stock control software is also required. In return, we offer a competitive salary, ongoing internal and manufacturer training, and potential for flexible work from home—1 day/week.
