Uniform Education Job Opening
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team.
This is a full-time position requiring a flexible and adaptable individual to provide 1:1 and small group support to students with adverse behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in PRU settings, although this is not essential.
Job Summary:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for providing targeted support to students, developing and implementing strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, and working collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to students.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated resilience and empathy when supporting students with diverse needs.
- Able to establish and maintain clear boundaries to create a structured learning environment.
- Flexible and able to quickly form effective working relationships.
Salary:$55,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location:Varying school settings
