Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Behaviour Support Assistant at Academics Ltd in Headington.

This role involves working with students who have difficulty processing their emotions and school work. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will help create a safe and engaging learning environment, supporting students to achieve their academic objectives.

The Role

  • Work alongside classroom teachers to support students with their academic goals
  • Reinforce positive behaviour and help students manage their emotions
  • Facilitate effective learning through a safe and engaging environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with children is essential
  • Confidence in managing behaviour is crucial
  • Possess a passion for education and helping children achieve their goals
  • Understanding of safeguarding practices is required
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
