Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily movement schedules to optimize operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Apply attention to detail in sorting, collating, and transferring information into the FBO's computer system.
  • Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing aircraft, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and fast handling of all aircraft movements through the airport.
  • Execute client requests, including third-party bookings, with precision and timeliness.
  • Act as the first point of contact for crews, representing the airport's high standards at all times.
  • Contribute to the Company's commitment to being an Employer of Choice and Responsibility by participating in volunteering opportunities.
  • Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
  • An interest in aviation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a similar Aviation, Operational, or Customer Service role.
