Job Title: Airport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Airport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Farnborough Airport. As a key member of our Operations function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily movement schedules to optimize operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Apply strong attention to detail in sorting, collating, and transferring information into our computer system.
  • Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing aircraft, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Ensure safe, fast, and efficient handling of all aircraft movements.
  • Execute client requests, including third-party bookings, with attention to detail and minimal delay.
  • Act as the first point of contact for crews, representing our high standards at all times.
  • Contribute to our commitment to becoming an Employer of Choice and Responsibility in the local area by participating in volunteering opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
  • An interest in aviation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a similar Aviation, Operational, or Customer Service role.
