WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our team at ABode Canterbury. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership of our close-knit team and contributing to the success of our restaurant brand, Brasserie ABode.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead from the front as a hands-on manager, driving sales and developing the business
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of food and drink, as well as the skills of your team members
  • Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
  • Take on additional responsibilities when the manager is away, demonstrating your ability to step up and lead
