We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our team at Andrew Brownsword hotels. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership of our close-knit team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead from the front and be a hands-on manager who is knowledgeable about food and drink.
  • Develop and support the skills of your team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Build strong relationships with our guests and colleagues to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the F&B team to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
