WHO:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our team at ABode Canterbury. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the F&B Manager in leading a close-knit team and driving sales growth.

THEY SHOULD:

  • Be a hands-on leader who inspires and motivates their team
  • Have a deep understanding of food and drink trends and be able to develop others
  • Be personable and engaging, with excellent communication skills
  • Have a natural ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues alike
  • Be organized, motivated, and able to step in when the manager is away
