We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cluster Events Coordinator to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute events, including weddings, conferences, and social gatherings
  • Work closely with our events team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
Requirements:
  • Experience in event planning or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
