Cluster Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cluster Events Coordinator to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events across our two properties in Bristol City Centre and Clifton Village
  • Work closely with our events team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
  • Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and decorations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
