We are looking for an exceptional Nature Protection Specialist to help us deliver our wildlife, wetlands, and water work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising farmers and land managers on how to benefit from grant support for wildlife, cleaner water, wetlands, and nature's recovery.

With a strong background in ecology, particularly for wetland and farmland species and habitats, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve our goals. Your experience in managing contractors and responding to local and national water-focused consultations will be invaluable.

As part of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a salary of £26,500-£28,500 per annum (dependent on experience), a pension scheme, annual leave, group life assurance, health cash plan, wellbeing services, and contractual sick pay.
