Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Call Limited. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with policies and practices.
- Identify training and development needs and carry out spot checks, supervisions, and quality reviews.
- Follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication.
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Requirements:
- Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments is desirable, but not essential as we provide full training.
- Compassion and ability to care for others.
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
