HR Associate

As an HR Associate at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate transactional HR services within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. You will provide efficient and effective HR support to customers through various channels, including HRIS, telephone, email, and walk-ins.
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel / Word / Outlook to an intermediate level. You will maintain knowledge of current employment regulations, applicable laws, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality transactional HR services within SLA requirements
- Provide efficient and effective HR support to customers through various channels
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality
- Generalist HR administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel / Word / Outlook to an intermediate level
- Maintenance of knowledge of current employment regulations, applicable laws, and company policies
This role is only available for candidates based in the UK and requires a hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days per week at the Aldermaston Office site. The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
