We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Team Secretary to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our Litigation team, you will play a vital role in supporting fee earners with administrative tasks and contributing to the operational success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to fee earners, including drafting letters, emails, and preparing documents
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and deadlines to optimize productivity
  • Operate Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data
  • Update internal databases and maintain client records
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and protocols

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a legal secretary
