Job Title: Litigation Assistant

About Us: Our client, a highly successful UK wide law firm based in Aberdeen city, offers a competitive salary package and a range of benefits to its employees. As a Litigation Assistant, you will play a key part in the operational success of our litigation team.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role: In this role, you will support fee earners with secretarial and PA support, including drafting letters and emails, proof-reading documents, and updating internal databases. You will also be responsible for diary management, operating Excel, and ensuring compliance across client records. Additionally, you will book rooms for meetings, set up new client files, manage your inbox, and handle invoicing. To ensure processes and procedures are adhered to, you will need to have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to bring 3 years of minimum legal secretary experience, along with high attention to detail, diary management experience, and excellent organisational skills.
