We're looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Theatre Practitioner. The ideal candidate will be registered with the relevant governing body, hold the necessary qualifications, and possess a strong track record of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and promoting a positive work culture
  • Mentoring junior colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Using your clinical expertise to meet each patient's needs and provide high-quality care
  • Providing day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
  • Contributing to scheduling, rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews, and training

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of up to £39,000 dependent on experience.
