The Royal Hospital School is a leading independent co-educational boarding and day school for 11 – 18 year olds.

Set in a picturesque Suffolk countryside overlooking the River Stour, the school offers a unique learning environment that fosters creativity and academic excellence.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled drama teacher to join our vibrant English and Drama department on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge of both practical and theoretical approaches to drama and performance.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging drama lessons across all key stages, including GCSE and A-Level Theatre Studies/Drama.

A strong understanding of the AQA GCSE and OCR A-Level specifications is desirable.

You will be expected to lead at least one production each year and assist with all departmental productions.

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
