About the Job
This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced Theatre Scrub Nurses to join NHS Professionals' flexible staff bank. As a key member of the operating room team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile equipment, assisting surgeons during operations, and ensuring patient safety throughout surgical interventions.
- Provide skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the operating theatre team.
- Participate in the assessment of patient care needs, implementing and maintaining agreed standards of care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Scrub Nurse in Theatres.
- Registration with the NMC.

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is around £30-£40 per hour, based on national averages and industry standards.
