Job Description
This role involves working closely with junior colleagues, providing clinical supervision and guidance. You'll also contribute to scheduling, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Registration with the appropriate governing body (e.g. NMC)
- Relevant qualifications and experience in theatre practice
- Mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures knowledge
- Teaching and assessment qualifications desirable
- Management experience desirable
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is up to £39,000, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including free membership across all of our fitness clubs and lifestyle and financial wellbeing rewards.
