Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to lead our Extra Care Scheme team in London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and growing a successful care team that delivers high-quality personal care services to our service users.
You will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
As a Care Manager, you will also be responsible for compliance with quality standards, both internally and for regulators and contract holders.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager with a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to community care.
You will also need good budget, business management, and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
