About the Role

The Extra Care Scheme Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the care team to ensure the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
  • Ensure care work is of the required standard and all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
  • Be responsible for compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Requirements
